We are looking for a result oriented E-Commerce Assistant who has a passion for e-commerce and a desire to achieve to join us in driving growth and innovation within the Wood industry.

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day platform management to ensure optimal performance across all platforms (eg. Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and Zalora).
- Plan and execute campaigns across all platforms in alignment with the brand’s overall business objectives.
- Manage and support livestream sessions and conduct regular performance review.
- Coordinate and assist on daily operations of the company and ensures the smooth running of the business include order processing, check payment, prepare delivery orders etc.
- Support and manage inventories to ensure stocks accuracy (inventory management).
- Develop, upgrade and implements an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, and procedures (SOPs) to drive repeatability and consistency in operations.
- Ensure alignment and compliance with processes and SOPs.
- Perform checks as required to ensure marketing campaign/promotions are executed accuratelyPerform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus.
