Tmn Jaya Mas, Skudai

**Requirement**:

- Good verbal,written & communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Passionate in customer service
- Self-motivated with positive attitude.
- Has self transport to work and able to cover other branches when required.
- Able to work on weekends,shift hours &public holiday

**Job Description and Responsibilities**
- Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards.
- Respond to face to face and telephone enquiries of a routine nature from members of the public, patients, their representatives and a wide range of staff groups
- Implement promotions accurately and in the required time frames.
- Dispense prescriptions under supervision of Registered Pharmacist
- Receive, load and unload incoming goods from manufacturers, wholesalers and elsewhere
- Sell over the counter medicines
- Answer queries on the availability and supply of medicines
- Pre-pack, assemble and label medicines
- Manage the cash register.
- Referring problems or queries to the pharmacist

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
