Construction Site Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- To direct report to Executive Director and Project Director;
- To manage the site day-to-day, which includes supervise and monitor the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors;
- To involve in project implementation and operation;
- To involve in project technical evaluation; checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
- To determine engineering issues and viable solutions;
- To establish technical specifications to meet requirements; ensure technical designs and drawings are applied correctly;
- To schedule and monitor program activities to achieve an “on-time” result so the project budgets and deadlines are met.
- To attend regular client consultant meeting, and chair project site meetings and report to Directors on project progress;
- To work with supervisors, ensure workers following safety compliance; and
- To liaise with all parties involved in the project such as coordination with external consultants, contractors, suppliers, local approval authorities and etc.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering/ Architecture / Construction or equivalent;
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in building industry;
- Salary will commensurate with relevant experience;
- A team player, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision; and
- Good communication, negotiation and resolving problem skills.
