Responsibilities:
- Welcome & Greeting Guest.
- Attend service enquirer from customers or client calls.
- Answering phone calls to arranging appointment for guest and answering general inquiries.
- Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas, Spa Rooms and overall.
- Monitor inventory supplies/stocks and equipment usage level and balance.
- Perform Cashier functions.
- Monitor staff comply with SOP and other customer service.
- Undertake all other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Good communication skill, spoken and written.
- Enjoys to create memorable experiences for our guest with outstanding service and hospitality.
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed.
- positive attitude, self-motivated, self-initiative and willing to learn.
- Have to work independently.
- Must have own transportation.
- Must work rotation shift till 3am.
