IT Support Executive

Based in: Head Office, Ipoh**Responsibilities**
- Provide 1st level IT system support and tracking on Service Request ("SR").
- Conduct IT system training.
- Prepare IT system documentation and user guide.
- Helpdesk Service Ticketing maintenance.
- Hardware - any issues from the followings such as Mouse, Keyboard, Screen, Hard-disk, USB Drives, DVD/CD-Drive, Printer, Bluetooth.
- Hardware - install printer drivers, network printers.
- Assist in the implementation of KLK IT systems.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent from recognized universities.
- Working knowledge in IT helpdesk is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Independent with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders from various countries.
- Willing to travel to support subsidiaries in Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Must be willing to be based in Ipoh.
- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.**
