1. Training and Development
- To conduct and manage the assessment for skills and technical knowledge for all therapist/beauticians and service attendants
- To plan and manage the monthly training for therapists/beauticians and service attendants.
- Work closely with Outlet Manager to monitor on therapist/beautician treatment skill and decide the necessary of additional training or re-training program for the staff.
- Assess on each therapist's efficiency level and provide coaching to the therapist to perform at par with the standard level. Keep track of therapist service points to understand their ability and capability.

2. Training SOPs and Skills
- To come out with new treatment steps / upgrade the current treatment steps
- To standardize all training steps for both salon treatment and high-end machine treatment.

3. Training Manual and Materials
- To update from time to time the training manual.
- To come out with training presentation slides.
- To develop and establish training material for all relevant training
- Ensure all the SOP in training manuals is executed in operation management

4. New and Existing Products
- To conduct new product testing à from supplier, need to conduct testing on the customer on the product quality and result

5. New and Existing machines
- To conduct new / exist machine testing or checking from time to time
- For new machine, how to handle the machine and maintenance costs and result
- Existing machine testing to estimate the life span
