**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Assist in processing **invoices, payments, and receipts**:

- Help with **bank reconciliations** and **accounts payable/receivable tracking**:

- Maintain and update **financial records and databases** accurately
- Support the preparation of **financial reports and statements**:

- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and standard accounting procedures
- Assist the finance team with **ad-hoc tasks and administrative support** as needed

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Currently enrolled Diploma or Degree in **Finance, Accounting, or a related field**:

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel**:

- Willingness to learn accounting systems/software (training will be provided)
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
