Requirements: 1. Pursing Master/Degree/Diploma in Quantity Survey or related studies. Job Scope: 1. Assist on taking off quantity, controlling, calculation of project costing, computation of BQ and ordering and material shuffling. 2. Assist Quantity Surveyor team prepare monthly report progress claim, subcontractor' payment certificate, VO evaluation and project final account. 3. Assist for site valuations or measurement for claim and payment to subcontractor. 4. Involve with the project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, loss and expenses, project cost control etc. 5. Assist in all aspects of the purchasing function including sourcing and selecting. 6. Assist Quantity Surveyor team on negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors. 7. Submission of material approval. 8. Assist to prepare and compile documents for tender submission.
MMN kini sudah berkembang menjadi sebuah syarikat yang mantap, berkeupayaan tinggi dan telah menyiapkan pelbagai projek melebihi RM1 bilion dengan modal berbayar sebanyak RM4 juta, modal kerja melebihi RM26 juta, manakala modal dibenarkan sebanyak RM10 juta, nilai bersih syarikat melebihi RM30 juta, sokongan pembiayaan daripada institusi kewangan melebihi RM63 juta dan nilai asset semasa seperti loji dan peralatan binaan melebihi RM15 juta. MMN juga telah melaksanakan dan menyiapkan projek-projek yang memerlukan kepakaran dan kebolehan yang tinggi seperti perlaksanaan projek secara reka dan bina, pembinaan hospital, bangunan tinggi, terminal bas, perumahan, kerja-kerja pembekalan air seperti pembinaan empangan, loji pembersihan air, kerja-kerja pakar pembinaan kemudahan sukan, kerja-kerja infrastruktur seperti tebatan banjir, kerja tanah, jalanraya, penyiapan projek terbengkalai, projek-projek fast track dan kerja-kerja pembinaan di kawasan terpencil. Dengan sokongan kakitangan pengurusan dan teknikal yang berpengalaman luas lagi terlatih serta mempunyai kelengkapan peralatan jentera dan loji bagi kerja-kerja pembinaan sendiri yang mencukupi serta sokongan pembekal bahan binaan dan kewangan yang meningkat, sekiranya diberi peluang, in shaa Allah MMN akan dapat menyiapkan projek yang diamanahkan dengan sempurna.
