Job Responsibilities:

- Attend to customer enquiries
- Identify usability errors / bugs and guide customer to trouble shoot and problem solving.
- Application / System / Transactions maintenance and monitoring

Pre-Requisites:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Multilingual especially with the ability to read and write in Mandarin.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in I-City.
- Preferably specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
