**Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Receivable**:

- Process incoming payments from customers.
- Prepare and issue invoices.
- Reconcile discrepancies in accounts receivable records.
- Follow up on overdue payments

**Accounts Payable**:

- Review and verify invoices and purchase orders.
- Prepare and process payments to vendors.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.

**General Ledger**:

- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare journal entries.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts.

**Financial Analysis**:

- Assist in analyzing financial data and trends.
- Prepare financial reports and ad-hoc analyses.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the finance department.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with autocount accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
