**1.0 PURPOSE**

Take care, together with the team, of qualitative and quantitative output of production.

**2.0 REPORTING**

The Support Operator reports to the Shift Lead.

**3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Produce end product of sufficient quality and quantity.
- Accompanying the operator & all-round operator in the production
- Carry out logistic activities of the production process.
- Ensure that the safety procedures of Ranpak Malaysia are met at all times.

**4.0 MAIN TASKS**
- Take care of continuity in the production process.
- Administrative handling of raw/finished/waste products.
- Internal transport of raw/finished/waste products.
- Instruct and train new employees.
- Operating all production machines in 2 or 3 shifts.
- Preparation work for production process.
- Responsible for the 1st check and compliance with the quality requirements.
- Reduce the waste to a minimum.
- Taking care of housekeeping and workplace safety.
- Timely and adequate reporting failures and problems.
- To carry out other duties or tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.


**5.0 PROFILE**
- Quality conscious.
- Stress-resistant.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Has a fork-lift truck certificate.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
