**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the overall sales performance of the live streamingrooms under their responsibility.
- Recruit and optimize live stream hosts.
- Responsible for the overall sales performance of live streaming roomsunder their responsibility.
- Recruit and optimize live stream hosts.
- Responsible for local execution of live stream operations, including butnot limited to planning live marketing activities, participating in productselection for live broadcast, live stream process control, and live roommanagement. Responsible for the overall content planning and executionof various live stream projects to improve live stream effectiveness andconversion rates, ultimately achieving product sales goals.
- Responsible for formulating specific live stream content plans andcontinuously discovering and packaging valuable high-quality content,organizing and planning hot topics to enhance overall content quality.
- Responsible for internal communication and coordination within thedepartment, handling live stream event content planning (productmatching, script development, data analysis, content optimization), pre-live preparations, live stream event management, and post-live follow-ups, ensuring smooth live stream execution.
- Responsible for supervising and controlling various details based on livestream traffic, fans feedback, etc., making timely adjustments to fansattraction strategies, ensuring the continuous achievement of projectoperational goals, and increasing fans loyalty.
- Responsible for live stream event marketing planning (including dailyactivities, Singles' Day, Double Twelve, etc.) and formulating live streamattraction goals and corresponding operational plans for each period.
- Responsible for following up on various issues that arise during livestreams, providing feedback, and offering reasonable solutions forresolution.
- Responsible for tracking and analysing live stream data, extracting andsummarizing insights, providing live stream recommendations andoptimization strategies through data analysis reports, and continuallyimproving live stream effectiveness to increase user engagement,activity, fans loyalty, and conversion rates.
- Responsible for building, recruiting, managing, training, and evaluatingthe live stream host team, refining business processes, and establishingdepartmental rules and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Diploma with Mass communication / advertising /public relations / marketing/broadcasting.
- Language: Bahasa Malaysia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
