Who Are We?
We are a 36 year old environmental protection mechanical engineering company and are currently undertaking continuous projects and due to our business expansion, we are inviting you to join us as one of our dynamic team

Your Job Responsibilities:

- To handle for all production admin task, day to day operation in the production office
- To attend to calls and enquiries from internal and external.
- To attend weekly meetings and compile/submit all the weekly report timely.
- To handle monthly expenses claims for superiors
- To handle HR & Admin functions in production
- To handle Purchase Request and follow up with the Purchaser on the delivery time.
- To record all incoming / outgoing stock transactions into the system by daily basis, justify monthly transaction documents and report the variance
- To prepare monthly reports, inventory balance and inventory control reconciliation to Management and auditor
- To conduct monthly and yearly stock count
- To participate and handle ISO documentations
- To liaise and follow up with all related parties for production admin matters
- To ensure proper filing system and information posted in system is up-to-date.
- Experience in dealing with workers and sub con
- To handle any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management

Qualifications Required:

- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Certificate in Business Studies, Administration, Engineering, Economics
- Able to work under pressure and work independently.
- Able to work in Nilai, Able to work 6days a week (Mon to Sat from 8am to 5pm)

Other Attributes & Pre-requisites:

- Dynamic & strong personality and good leadership qualities.
- Good communication, interpersonal and people skills.
- Good technical skills & fast learner.
- Action & Result oriented.
- Must be honest, positive, co-operative, follow instructions and be always reponsible & accountable for all your job functions, duties & activities.
- Knowledge in English, Malay and Mandarin languages will be added advantage.
