**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare a variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, viennoiserie etc. following traditional and modern recipes
- Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

**Qualifications and Skills**

minimum SPM

1 yr experience working in the kitchen / bakery
