**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, MS Word, Ms Excel, Adobe illustrator.
- Proactive/Initiative/Commit/Responsive is a must.
- Coordinate with project department on site progress and other relevant matters
- Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude, aggressive & fast learner
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Right attitude of “Can Do” and “Love to Learn”.
- At least Degree / Diploma in Interior / Industrial Design or equivalent.
- Two (2) year of working experience in related field.
- Good knowledge of drawing preparation & organization.
- Good Knowledge of furniture / fabrics / lighting elements, construction materials, details method & standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up/Meeting With client/Site Visit/Site Measure and produce concept design included Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications based on customer's needs.
- To generate detail drawing such as layout plan and renovation detail plan.
- Address customers’ concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.
- Experience in Prepare quotation/Bills Quantities to customer/Contractor
- Manage internal sales and work order.
- Participate in sales events such as furniture fair.
- Reach out to the client to confirm satisfaction of all designer services.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
