Gadek Nursery & Landscaping Sdn. Bhd., located in Alor Gajah, Melaka with branches in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan, and Cheras, Selangor, is a nursery that offers a variety of high-quality trees, including ornamental, flowering, and fruit trees, as well as landscaping services, we provide expert advice and products to help homeowners, gardening enthusiasts, and landscapers create beautiful green spaces, and now are currently looking for a efficient and fit **SUPERVISOR** to join our team with a passion to lead a team.

**Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily nursery operations by making weekly schedule (rotation) including planting, watering, potting and stock arrangement.
- Lead and manage nursery workers, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Conduct a roll call every morning.
- Ensure that information in WhatsApp group is always updated.
- Monitor plant health and appearance, ensuring quality standards before sale or dispatch.
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to prepare customer orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of nursery sections, tools and working areas.
- Train new staff on nursery protocols, safety practices and proper plant handling techniques.
- Provide proactive support to colleagues, ensuring smooth collaboration and overall team efficiency.
- Ensure the office and cashier area remain clean, organized, and presentable.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the landscape/plant nursery.
- Gender : Prefer Male, Age (20-30+) years old.
- Must possess driving license. (Bonus, if have GDL License).
- Good leadership, decision making and communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
