**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- We are seeking a talented and passionate Sublimation Graphic Designer to become a member of our team in the shirt printing sector. We want to give you an opportunity if you are interested in graphic design and have been used sublimation tricks before Join us today to advance your career and experience as we centralize all production under one roof._

**Responsibilities**:

- Create custom sublimation artwork/apparel using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Mastering in pola separation.
- Graphic art and print creation for sublimation
- Developing concepts, artwork designs for t-shirt and sublimation jersey
- Designing visual concepts and layouts for product illustrations
- Grade/size artwork and logos for different size garments
- Work closely with designers in the front-end, and production/sublimation operator in the back-end
- Brainstorming design ideas and create a graphic mockup of designs at speed
- Understand how to layout designs on pattern pieces across multiple sizes with customization of name and numbers.

**Requirements**:

- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills are required, and previous exposure dealing with clothing is preferable.
- Atleast Diploma in Graphic Design with CGPA 3.0 an above
- Experience working with apparel is preferred
- Outstanding communication abilities to work together with management
- Fresh graduate are welcoming
- Contribute a creative idea to improve company perfomance.
