**Responsibilities**:
- DUTIES:
- 1. TO PERFORM DAY TO DAY GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
- 2. DAILY DATA ENTRY,RECEIVE ORDERS AND BILLING INVOICES/CREDIT NOTES/MEMOS ETC & FILLING
- 3. RECEIVING STOCK FROM SUPPLIER AND CREATING GOODS RECEIVE NOTES
- 4. ASSIST WITH ANY FUNCTIONS OF THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS WITHIN ADMIN DEPARTMENT
- REQUIREMENTS:
- 1. AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN ADMIN CLERK FIELD
- 2. MUST KNOW HOW TO USE COMPUTER AND EMAIL
- 3. PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE (OUTLOOK,EXCEL & ETC)
- 4. INDEPENDENT, TEAM PLAYER, MULTI-TASKER WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.**Benefits**:
