管理店铺运营：负责店铺的日常管理和运营，包括库存管理、货品陈列、售前售后服务等。确保店铺的高效运转，并达到销售目标。

团队管理：管理店铺员工，制定工作计划和目标，激励团队成员提升销售和客户服务水平。监督员工的工作表现，并提供必要的指导和反馈。

销售和业绩管理：制定销售策略和目标，推动销售团队实现业绩目标。分析销售数据，识别销售机会和市场趋势，并采取相应的措施提升销售额和利润。

接待店面顾客：建立并维护良好的客户关系，提供友好的服务，介绍售卖商品，确保顾客的满意度和忠诚度。

店铺形象和市场推广：确保店铺的形象和陈列符合品牌标准，并参与制定市场推广活动。与供应商和合作伙伴保持良好的合作关系，促进店铺业务的发展。

要求：
- 精通中文和英文，因为该职位需要与中文的客户联络
- 必需在相关领域有经验

**Job Description**:
Store Operations Management: Responsible for the daily management and operations of the store, including inventory management, product display, pre-sales and after-sales service. Ensure efficient operation of the store and achieve sales targets.

Team Management: Manage store employees, develop work plans and goals, motivate team members to improve sales and customer service levels. Supervise employee performance and provide necessary guidance and feedback.

Sales and Performance Management: Develop sales strategies and goals, drive the sales team to achieve performance targets. Analyze sales data, identify sales opportunities and market trends, and take appropriate measures to increase sales revenue and profits.

Customer Reception: Build and maintain good customer relationships, provide friendly service, introduce and sell products, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Store Image and Marketing Promotion: Ensure that the store's image and display comply with brand standards and participate in the development of marketing promotion activities. Maintain good cooperation with suppliers and partners to promote store business development.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both Chinese and English, as the position requires communication with Chinese-speaking customers.
- Relevant experience in the field is required.
- Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate with team members to complete tasks.
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and committed.
- Preferably available to start immediately.

Our sales and online marketing cover various regions around the world, including Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, and many more. Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
