We specialise in long-term recovery journeys — from non-ambulatory to walking again, from dependent to functional.

**Your Role & Purpose**

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing rehabilitation programs tailored to the unique needs of stroke and neuro patients.

You will work closely with patients, caregivers, and a multi-disciplinary team to help clients regain functional ability, mobility, strength, and independence — both physically and emotionally.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Conduct comprehensive physical assessments for stroke and neuro patients

2. Design and implement individualised treatment plans focused on neuro-rehabilitation

3. Provide hands-on physiotherapy: strength training, mobility re-education, hydrotherapy, gait training, electrotherapy, etc.

4. Track and record functional outcomes using evidence-based methods

5. Educate caregivers and family members on home-based rehab and safety practices

6. Collaborate with other therapists, nurses, and doctors on integrated recovery plans

7. Motivate patients through long-term recovery phases, from early-stage rehab to walking independence

8. Contribute to case reviews, audits, and internal training to improve clinical standards

**Who We’re Looking For**

Essential:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution
- Clinical experience (min. 1 year) with stroke, neuro or geriatric patients
- Deep understanding of neuroplasticity, mobility recovery, and long-term rehab planning
- Passionate, patient, and motivating in your approach
- Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills

Bonus Points:

- Experience with stroke, neuro or geriatric patients
- Comfortable leading caregiver education sessions
- Bilingual (BM + English)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
