**Job description**
- To oversee team to achieve team KPI and company’s target
- To recruit and monitor new agent and stockist.
- Organize sales induction training and ensure our new & existing Reseller has understand product knowledge, system knowledge and generic selling skills to be well applied in their daily sales activities.
- Engage our customers directly via Social Media, Facebook Messenger and hotline to handle queries, resolve conflicts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- To prepare a summary of weekly sales report and weekly sales review.
- To be able to contribute significantly to the customer service team in terms of order fulfilment
- Recognizing opportunities to up-sell products, and enthusiastic in explaining current and new products.
- Closing sale through WhatsApp/call/appointment.
- To solve agent/stockist and customer problem.
- Responsible to draft artwork design and copywriting.
- Any other jobs that will be assigned by the Superior from time to time.
**REQUIREMENT**:
- At least 2 years experience in Sale/ Marketing/ Tele-marketing/ Customer Service Or
- E-Commerce
- Good communication skills and be able to work independently.
- Good team player and attitude.
- Self motivated, hardworking and result-oriented
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
