**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To involve, handle and improve 5S audit across departments
- Follow up on the PSS and involve in execution of the PSS
- Conduct time study for new or existing process to find opportunities for improvement
- Assist in supporting to develop or complete the SOP and have final review with HOD
- Assist in developing working instructions for every department
- To be part of the Jedi Program as a trainer
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

**Skill Sets Required**:

- Attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, basic Excel skills.
- Can understand and interpret the instructions given.
- Have good self discipline and punctuality.
- Having basic knowledge on cycle time and lean approach.
- High interest in doing warehouse improvement based on a lean approach.

**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree/Master's Degree in any related field
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An excellent team player
- Working experience in warehousing is preferred
- Proficient in excel or other data tools

**Other Requirements**:
We would like to seek someone with high determination and have good problem solving skills
besides fulfilling the supervisor's needs on a daily basis.
