Tool Setter

We are now hiring for CNC Machine Setter/Operator, to be based in our Malaysia office (Synturn (M) Sdn Bhd).

**RESPONSIBILITY**
- Set up CNC Turning machines according to production requirements and engineering drawings
- Select and install correct Tooling, fixtures and cutting parameters
- Perform first-off inspection to ensure quality compliance before mass production
- Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
- Adjust machine offsets as needed to maintain part accuracy

**REQUIREMENT**
- SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in setting and operating CNC Auto-Lathe.
- Knowledge in CNC programming basics (Fanuc/Siemens/Mazak)
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
- Able to work in shift rotation and overtime
- Training will be provided

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
