**What to Expect**

**Sales Trainee**
- To welcome walk-in guests, answer questions and manage customer’s experience in positive way.
- To educate the public about electric car through enriching conversations.
- To provide high quality customer service to the existing Tesla community.
- Your performance will be measured by your ability to demonstrate excellent performance and results: engage and sign-up potential customers including for test drives and other events by Tesla, execute pop-up events outside of the store.

**Delivery Trainee**
- Welcome customers to the Tesla family by making their journey to ownership a delightful experience. Regularly update the internal system to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management.
- Prepare vehicles and host delivery appointments, including new owner orientations tailored to the individual customer’s needs and comfort level.
- Support the Delivery Manager in delivery center operations, task completion and ensuring superior customer service.
- Contribute ideas toward improving the Tesla delivery experience, as well as back-end processes and procedures.

**Customer Engagement Trainee (CE)**
- Identify and evaluate opportunities that strengthen the visibility and knowledge of the Tesla brand, products, and their credibility.
- Coordinate a marketing event calendar including test drive, lead generation, and external corporate events (e.g., auto shows and product launches).
- Coordinate campaigns and programs to engage new and existing customers and evaluate and track the success of these activities.
- Anticipate and identify potential challenges to ensure the necessary support is in place

**Charging Trainee**
- Communicate with country teams to retrieve and clean up necessary data.
- Support regional charging team to create and manage regular reporting.
- Work with global charging teams to collect and share relevant material with the teams in Asia. Build shared document database.
- Analyze data and workflows to recommend process improvements.
- Additional ad-hoc projects may be possible during the internship program.

**HR Trainee**
- Support with employee experience related queries: employee experience, engagement, health and wellbeing and employee relations
- Assist with HR Administration include new joiner medical benefit enrollment, new joiner onboarding administration, income tax legislation inquiry.
- Coordinate HR Team Engagement, Festival Activity, Team Building, Birthday and Gift distributing, Creating awareness for internal people processes and people support system and tools.
- Support recruitment or hiring for part time/full time

- Fresh or recent (not more than 2 years) graduate of Bachelor degree with Honours from any recognized university. All academic disciplines are eligible.
- Must be able to commit to Full Time job basis.
- Have great passion in sustainable energy and Tesla’s mission.
- Able to work under challenging environment and long hours.
