We provide our clients with the deepest understanding of audiences—and we can't do that without our Panel Recruitment and Field Operations teams. They work in-person to build important connections with current panelists, who provide the vital data that powers businesses, and recruit new panelists.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the other teams - Panel Liaison and Technician
- Responsible for quality control checks and analyze data to provide proper solutions and suggestions for next course of action
- Coordinate with the Technicians to ensure peoplemeter equipment installation and maintenance proceed smoothly
- To make phones calls to households whenever there are quality issues
- To ensure household data is properly stored in production system
- To accurately capture all communication with households

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM
- Good command of spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Creative and independent with good interpersonal / tele-communication skills and ability to communicate at all level
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
