You will
- Put forward the bar services and instore a personalised service to our guests
- Organization and coordination of your team by giving them season goals and by supervising their attitude and behaviour in cohesion with the Club Med standards
- Participation to optimize the budgets of your services by handling the expenses and by improving the profitability of your service so that it can become a profit source
- Guarantee the quality of the bar services and ensuring hygiene and safety rules
- Integrating your team members within the Village’s team: identifying their needs and organizing training sessions for them to gain in competence
