**Role Title: Graphic Designer
- English Speaker**

**Job Type: Extendable contract with Abhidi Solution**

**Work Location: Sunway Pinnacle, PJ (onsite)**

**Open for ex-pats willing to relocate, relocation will be sponsered.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily eCommerce operations, including updating the product catalog.
- Proficient in listing, updating, and uploading product data and specifications.
- Knowledgeable about product images on various marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.
- Maintain and oversee large online product catalogs.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of product content across website marketplaces.
- Handle individual and bulk listings while monitoring account health.
- Resolve catalog issues to optimize the upload process speed.
- Conduct bulk listing of new products on e-commerce portals.
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate product information in the catalog.
- Implement new techniques and automation for catalog creation on e-commerce portals.
- Identify market opportunities and trends and communicate them internally.
- Produce quality art files for advertising and communication materials.
- Perform quality assurance on graphic deliverables.
- Create original design ideas and layouts.
- Assemble static and animated banners for online advertising.
- Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and handle ad-hoc requests.

**Specific to Digital**:

- Demonstrate strong portfolio showcasing creatively strategic graphic design solutions.
- Create and replicate 2D/3D graphics for production projects.
- Familiarity with marketing production process and cycles.
- University degree or certifications required, project management knowledge appreciated.
- Design experience for mobile platforms and OLA products.
- Interpret sponsor's graphic requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Develop cost estimates and communicate project status to sponsors.
- Work closely with Creative Lead in digital production.
- Strong design fundamentals including typography and composition.
- Stay updated with industry developments and tools.
- Analyze own designs and provide constructive critiques.
- Keep current on new graphic techniques and technologies.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and video editing skills.
