**1.** **Financial Reporting**: Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. This involves analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights into the company's financial performance.

**2.** **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. Collaborate with department heads to ensure budgets are adhered to and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

**3. Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable**: Oversee the billing and collection process for customers. Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlement of bills to maintain good relationships with suppliers.

**4. Bank Reconciliation**: Monitor and reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy and proper recording of financial transactions.

**5. Tax Compliance**: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and liaise with external tax advisors as necessary.

**6. Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and overall financial improvement. Provide strategic recommendations based on your findings.

**7. Audit Support**: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits. Ensure all financial records and documentation is accurate and readily available for review.

**8. Interdepartmental Coordination**: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure financial data is accurate and financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives.

**9. Continuous Improvement**: Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the finance department and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**10. ISO Compliance**: Involve in conducting Internal Audit and External Audit coordination and collaborate with various departments to identify process inefficiencies and propose and implement effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency and meet ISO requirements. Manage documentation and filing according to ISO 9001:2015.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**

2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

3. At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

4. Computer literate and experienced in Accounting Software - SQL

5. Independently with minimum supervision, possess a positive attitude with attention to details.

6. Able to coordinate and work as a team, adaptable and able to multi task.

7. Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
