- **What you’ll do**_
- Support Bitget global legal team’s operation. Responsible for policy management, document management and research/analysis
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and processing memos, formal letters and legal documents
- Provide legal admin support such as budget management or filing as necessary
- Prepare summaries and analysis of key legal matters and researching regulatory and policy matters
- Create and maintain files, both digital and hard copy, manage electronically stored information
- Assist in building and refining the internal regulatory reporting and management procedure that improve team efficiencies
- Build relationships and act as the primary legal contact for specific legal matters
- Prioritize and manage work tasks and projects to improve efficiency
- Handle special projects as assigned
- **What you’ll need**_
- 2-6+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal; mix of large law firm and in-house experience preferred
- Exposure to financial services, cryptocurrencies, or general legal practices
- Management consulting or project management experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and adapt to change
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly
- Positive attitude and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to work both independently and in teams
- Ability to exercise discretion, good judgment, and poise in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Capability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Hands on at work and can be independent in managing complex projects
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in Mandarin highly preferred to be able to work with regional markets
- Located in APAC time-zone with Hong Kong and Singapore being preferred jurisdictions
