Responsibilities:
3.1 Responsible to do the SMK transaction (format custom declaration, checking, transmit to custom, ensure custom response and print out custom form).

3.2 Responsible for to prepare Shipping Instruction, IED & B/L.

3.3 Responsible to type form for that particular shipment, e.g.
- a. GSP (Generalized System of Preferences)_
- b. MICCI (Malaysia International Chamber of Commerce & Industry)_
- c. Commercial Invoice_
- d. Certificate of Origin_
- e. Export License (Textile Product, The Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry)_
- f. Canada Custom Invoice_
- g. Special Custom Invoice_

3.4 Responsible to prepare Export License

3.5 To liase with EDI and EDI system vendor for any error on declaration.

Preferably someone with ALDEC experience.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,242.32 per month
