Purchasing Executive

**1. Procurement**
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for catering materials, equipment, and services.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely, quality deliveries.
- Monitor market trends to improve procurement efficiency.
**2. Inventory Management**
- Maintain optimal stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Coordinate with departments to forecast supply needs.
**3. Document Control**
- Organize and maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and contracts.
**4. Vendor Management**
- Build strong supplier relationships and resolve issues promptly.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly.
**5. Cost & Compliance**
- Monitor procurement costs and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and relevant regulations.
**Requirement**
- Degree of Diploma or Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ related experience in related field
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive or similar role, preferably in the same industry.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
