**Job Summary**

Btterswt is seeking a skilled and creative **Cake Decorator cum Baker** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, baking, and decorating cakes and pastries to meet our high standards of quality and artistry. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, creativity, and efficiency are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Cake Decorating**
- Design and decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts to align with Btterswt’s aesthetic and brand standards.
- Use various decorating techniques, including piping, fondant work, and edible art, to create visually appealing products.
- Collaborate with clients for custom cake orders, ensuring their specifications are met with precision and creativity.

**Baking**
- Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts from scratch using high-quality ingredients.
- Follow established recipes while maintaining consistency and accuracy in measurements and techniques.
- Innovate new recipes and designs to keep our menu fresh and exciting.

**Quality Control**
- Ensure all baked goods meet our standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and communicate needs to the management team.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of orders.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop seasonal and event-specific creations.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience as a Cake Decorator and/or Baker (portfolio of past work preferred).
- Strong artistic skills and attention to detail in cake and pastry decoration.
- Proficiency in baking techniques, including mixing, molding, and baking a variety of desserts.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creativity and passion for dessert artistry.
