The resort consists of 499 guest rooms, a 64-acre nature reserve, the Rasa Ria Reserve, home to wildlife including long-tailed macaques and slow lorises, and home to an 18-hole championship golf course with picture-perfect views of Mt Kinabalu (a UNESCO World Heritage site).
We're looking for an experienced Guest Experience Manager (Duty Manager) required for our Front Office Department.
Job summary
The Guest Experience Manager (Duty Manager) provides supervision, direction, and leadership to all Front Office personnel under the guidance of the Director of Rooms / Assistant Director of Room in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri‐La Hotels and Resorts.
Requirement
Presentable and professional appearance.
Fluent written and spoken English; additional language i.e., Mandarin a definite advantage.
Performing a similar position for at least 2 years.
Ability to interact and displays initiative
Knowledge of PMS (Opera System)
Able to lead and motivate the team
Malaysian Nationality only.
