QAABILA SKINCARE is own by Saharul Ridzwan and wife, a bumiputra company in beauty and health industry, provides solutions to our customer's skin problems by using our skincare product. Proudly the first in Malaysia using Habbatussauda Extract Oil in our skincare range of products. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on all platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and other relevant channels).
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Manage and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.

**Sales**
- Actively promote products through online platforms and engage with customers to close sales.
- Manage and monitor live sales sessions (TikTok Live or similar platforms).
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Process orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.

**Content Creation**
- Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms, including short videos, stories, and posts.
- Plan, shoot, and edit content that aligns with the brand's image and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and implement creative campaigns.
- Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant and engaging.

**Requirements**:

- Perform SOLAH everyday
- GOOD IN ENGLISH AND MALAY
- MUST HAVE 2-3 Years of Experience in Video Editing & Social Media content field.
- Skills - Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro
- Motivated and fast learner
- Mature, Responsible and willing to work in team
- Outstanding writing and communication skills
- Able to work independent and with minimum supervision
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop
- Reporting on the work/kpi progress
- Other Administrative Works
- Understand the aesthetic preferences of the Muslims
- Experience in Skincare / Beauty / Cosmetic

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
