Job Summary

Examination Assistant is responsible to assist the Executive in organizing all internal and external examination process, in liaison with staff, students, parents, and examination board. To ensure that all students are entered and scheduled appropriately for examinations. To administer all internal and public examinations according to the published guidelines and procedures, ensuring all regulations are followed by the examinations staff and all students are provided with the necessary materials and arrangements to optimise their exam success. Assistant are required to assist Executive in capture, storage and processing of data and the production of associated reports and analyses relating to student performance in support of the College's aim to raise academic results.

Job Descriptions

1. To ensure the security of question papers.
2. To make sure the HOD's complete the CIE forecast grades before a certain deadlines.
5. to ensure the security of question papers when received form UCLES - to check according to the list given and kept in safe cabinet.
6. To ensure that the Examination Hall is properly prepared prior to the start of each exams.
8. To assist in preparing statistics form each external examination.
9. to assist and compile semester reports for internal examinations.
10. Undertake any other duties as directed by the Management

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

1. At least a SPM/STPM with good credit in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Secretarial certificate or other relevant qualification is desirable
2. Have experience in an educational institution is an added advantage.
3. Excellent in communication skills
4. Responsible for all related tasks.
5. Positive attitude with a pleasant personality.
