This is an exciting permanent, full-time role for a Digital Marketing Specialist who wants to join our growing team at ATCEN. As a member of the Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Website.
- Monitor and conduct regular analysis of advertising performance for digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and grow social media presence including content development, planning and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling content.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Work closely with the vendors and team to develop and execute cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing especially Social Media
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of productivity software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
