Make outbound calls and remind them of their payments. 2. Persuade, negotiate, and work with customers / clients to make workable repayment arrangements. 3. Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect/ remind the payment for overdue payments. 4. Maintaining customer payment records. 5. Able to use computer in basic & able to communicate fluent in Bahasa Malaysia. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: - Malaysian Citizens only - Aged 18 - 40 years - Fresh graduates are very welcome - Admission for full time - Training and guidance will be provided WORKING HOUR: - Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm - Saturday 1st week (9:00am to 1:00pm), 4th week (9:00am to 6:00pm) PUBLIC HOLIDAY OFF BENEFIT: - Basic starting from RM1,500 and above - Commission rate up to 3%, can earn up to RM5,000 & above - Daily, Weekly & Monthly reward incentive - EPF,SOCSO and EIS - Salary Increment - Annual Leave, Medical Leave - No "stayback" or work on public holiday Expected Start Date : Urgent Contact Person **:SURESH KUMAR** **Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay
