**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **-**_ **_**Accounting Functions*_
- Record and process day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and documentation for audit and management review.
- Monitor outstanding payments and assist in preparing payment schedules.
- Ensure proper filing, accuracy, and confidentiality of accounting documents and records.

- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation as required by management.
- Manage office inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, handling incoming calls, and maintaining office records.
- Support HR-related administrative matters and perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a positive work attitude.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8.15 a.m. - 5.15 p.m. (Weekdays only)
