Junior Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Bangsar South

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential Mandarin-speaking merchants and relevant market segments for Ahapay's payment solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to successful deal closure
- Conduct professional product presentations and guide clients through the onboarding process
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Liaise with internal teams to address client requirements and support continuous improvement of products and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system and contribute market insights to support business strategy

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to speak and write fluently in Mandarin and English/Bahasa Malaysia
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and energetic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
