**Training & Development**
- Conduct **Food Handler Training (FHT)**, **Good Hygiene Practices (GHP)**, and **Critical Control Point (CCP)** training.
- Prepare, update, and deliver training materials, manuals, and slides.
- Ensure training records are maintained and meet regulatory/standard requirements.

**Quality Assurance & Compliance**
- Investigate and provide replies to **customer complaints** in a timely manner.
- Issue and follow up on **supplier complaints** to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Perform **packaging and labelling verification** for new and revised sticker labels.
- Update and maintain **HACCP documents**, including bakery and RTE plant process flows and control plans.
- Support internal audits, certification audits, and regulatory inspections as required.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Promote awareness of food safety and quality standards across departments.
- Assist in developing and revising SOPs, work instructions, and checklists related to food safety.

**Requirements**:

- Certified **Food Handler Trainer**:

- Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Training within a manufacturing/F&B environment.
- Knowledge of **HACCP, GHP, GMP, CCP, and ISO standards** (experience with certification audits is a plus).
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to train and engage employees at different levels.
- Good problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

**Added Advantage**
- Experience in bakery, RTE, or food manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with customer complaint systems and supplier quality management.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
