**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms.
- Create and manage engaging and compelling content for all social media channels, including facebook, instagram & tiktok.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze campaign performance, and generate insightful reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Respond to comments and inquiries promptly, fostering a positive brand image and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and industry trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify social media reach and engagement.
- Explore new and emerging social media platforms to expand the brand's online presence.
- Coordinate with external agencies, graphic designers, and content creators to ensure the delivery of high-quality social media assets.
- Monitor and manage social media advertising campaigns to optimize performance.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a diploma in any field (a degree in Marketing or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts for a brand or organization.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and content marketing strategies is a plus.
