POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Research Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Research Intern, you will play a crucial role in conducting research and analysis on various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyse data to identify trends, insights, and emerging topics within the social media landscape. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media research while contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.

JOB SCOPES:
Analyse social media trends: Monitor and identify emerging patterns and insights by analysing social media trends, topics, and conversations.
Produce research outlines: Develop research outlines based on data collected, outlining key points, insights, and areas of focus.
Produce graphics for social media: Design and create visually appealing graphics for the company’s social media platforms to enhance engagement and convey research findings.
Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to enhance research content.
Support research projects: Assist the research team in research projects and surveys on site.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate students are encouraged to apply, with a preference for those studying marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields.
Possess excellent command of the English language, both in written and verbal communication, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
Basic experience in research and event management is preferred, showcasing a foundational understanding of these areas.
Display a genuine interest in current affairs, exemplifying curiosity and a passion for Staging information.
Able to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks of internship.

Internship Allowance:
RM500

Working Days & Hours:
Working Hours: From 9am to 5pm
Work Days: Monday to Friday only
