Responsible for daily finance operations/accounting functions (mainly Account Payable).
- Assisting in preparation of monthly full set of accounts, financial and management reports (Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, etc.) to specific deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy of the trial balance and general ledger, including keeping accurate records and listings of fixed assets, account receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and bank accounts.
- Ensure timely billings, collections, recordings, and payments.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of accounting procedures and system.
- Monitor all matters in relation to the intercompany transaction.
- Handle tax matters including SST implementation and submission.
- To liaise with the external auditor, company secretary, tax agent, bankers, and other statutory bodies.
- Other ad-hoc assignments will be assigned to you from time to time.

Job Requirement
- Computer literate i.e. MS Word, MS Excel and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and highly adaptable with a good attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to start in November or December 2024 (Please indicate your internship START and END date).
