Reports to the Group Managing Director and is responsible for the execution of all business, executive level administrative and secretarial duties
- Perform operational functions such as report management, data analysis and development of presentation slides, etc.
- To liaise, coordinate and act as main points of contact with internal and external parties on all company matters and general enquiries.
- Full spectrum of secretarial and administration duties such as arranging meeting schedules, prepare minutes of meeting, business reports, maintaining a proper filing system of documents, arrangement of appointments, travel arrangements, expenses accounting etc.
- Liaison between all departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practices.
- Determine the priority matters, receiving and screening visitors and incoming calls.
- Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in an senior executive administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent Mandarin speaker
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and discretion to maintain confidentiality in both personal and business matters.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to perform operational functions such as report management, data analysis, and development of presentation slides.
- Effective coordination between departments to ensure proper communication and reporting practices is required, along with the ability to determine priority matters, receive and screen visitors, and handle incoming calls.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
