IT Officer

**What you'll be doing**
- Responsible for overall IT project circle i.e. initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and delivery.
- Control the risk and minimize uncertainty, coordinate employees and enforcing system, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the supply, resources and timetable with user department.
- Collaborating with the team to identify and address related problems and opportunities for improvement
- Maintaining accurate IT documentation and records
- Preserve assets through procedures and control structure.

**What we're looking for**
- IT education background with or without experience.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and cloud-based services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively assist users
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve department and organizational goals
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and systems
- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology or a related field

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
