We’re looking for a **Customer Service Representative** who’s friendly, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about delivering exceptional support. Join our team and be the voice that makes a difference.

What You'll Do:
Listen actively, understand concerns, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
Guide customers through our products, services, promotions, and online tools.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
Work closely with teams from sales, logistics, and tech support to resolve customer concerns.
Keep detailed and organized records of all customer interactions in our system.
Look out for trends or recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey.
Keep your knowledge up to date on our latest offerings and policies.

What We're Looking For:

- A **high school, diploma or equivalent** (higher education is a bonus).
- **1+ year of customer service experience**—retail, call center, or online support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Basic tech skills—familiarity with CRM systems, chat tools, or Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Bonus**:Fluency in more than one language**—especially if we serve a diverse customer base

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
