To handle all inbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation and travel product information and other enquiries.
- Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
- Execution of paperwork (from quotation, reservation, payment follow up to invoicing).
- Liaise with tour guide, handling claim etc
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
- Onsite visit when necessary.
- Tour research and itinerary setup.
- Providing administrative support to Travel Consultants at all levels, including the design of itineraries and proposals, bookings and supplier and product knowledge gathering;
- Supporting travel/general sales operational needs of the Company,

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Speaking & writing in Chinese & English.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
- Willing to travel when necessary.
