IT Technician

**Job Summary**

An IT Technician is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations within an organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining network infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, servers) and software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and updates
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Assist with IT policy implementation and compliance
- Possess good knowledge and troubleshooting skills in Windows OS platforms
- Good interpersonal skills with pleasant personality

**Skills**
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the Information Technology Support field is required

**Required**
- Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
