- Conforms to and enforces policies & procedures as laid down by Accor and the local authorities in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
- Inspects and monitors regularly the hotel and podium to assess the state of the buildings and installations of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) equipment in pre-opening and daily operations.
- Establishes a comprehensive defect checklist of all areas and ensures rectification works are in line with the required MEP standards while working closely with the M&E Consultant and Project team.
- Checks, at regular intervals, the worthiness of MEP in accordance with national laws and with the hotel’s norms while ensuring action is taken when standards are not met.
- Manages the development and implementation of departmental standards, policies and procedures.
- Implements and follows up the preventive maintenance program
- Plans, schedules, and rosters personnel for general or policing duties on a 24 hours basis within the Hotel premises.
