- To oversee and manage full spectrum of HR operations and activities, including Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation and

- To manage and review the overall recruitment process through effective manpower planning and recruiting strategies;

- To ensure HR practices are in compliance with all legal requirements and government policies and regulations:

- To provide advisory counseling on employment, disciplinary or grievances related issues,
- To provide career development opportunities for employees through appropriate trainings:

- To formulate develop a comprehensive HR strategy, and implement the approved policies and procedures:

- To plan, implement and monitor Performance Management system that support company's business objectives;
- To review, propose and implement approved company’s Compensation and Benefits package that will attract, retain and motivate employees:

- To monitor HR policies & procedures and ensure that they are implemented on HR operations as set out.

Administration:
- To oversee the overall Administrative activities, including Premise Maintenance, OSHA, Credit Control, General Procurement, Safety & Security, Intellectual Property, Property Management, Risk Management, Insurance, Telecommunications, Event Management, CCTV and CMS related matters, and departmental fling system:

- To supervise all related to office management, company vehicles, agreement, insurance, cleanliness, office facilities and managing dispatch and Personal driver.
- To provide corporate services including administrative and secretarial support to the management:

- To oversee overall office related expenses to ensure it is controlled within budget
- To deal and liaise with lawyer, insurance companies, government bodies and institutions, authorities and relevant consultants as deemed necessary.
